Renewals
In preparation for
renewals CCI:
- Provides monthly or quarterly claim experience reports and
evaluations (Note: depending upon client size and insurer, claim
experience reports are not always available).
- Provides clients with renewal expectations/projections well in
advance of the renewal.
- Engages clients in dialogue regarding their budgets, etc....
Regarding the actual renewal, CCI:
- Obtains the renewal at the earliest time possible (unless it
will benefit the client to receive the renewal at a later
date).
- Negotiates with the insurer.
- Presents the negotiated renewal to the client.
- Provides evaluation of renewal.
- Presents options when appropriate.
