Year-End Accounting
Some
insurance policies are written as "participating contracts". With a
participating contract, each year the insurer evaluates if premium
should be returned to the policyholder. Their determination is based
on the actual claim experience and expenses incurred by the client.
If a client has a participating contract, each year CCI:
- Reviews and negotiates this "year-end accounting".
- Presents the "year-end accounting" to the client.
